Winds of 12+ kts. were out of 270 with clear skies. Johnny was the only student, but several club members flew in some “sporty” conditions on tow and 40+ knot winds at release altitude. Mark mentioned that according to his GPS, on one flight his ground speed was just 4 knots facing into the wind. I managed to catch a video showing just how stationary it was in flight (see video below). Many thanks to John for the tows, Mark for instructing, and thanks to all for coming out for a fun and interesting day of flying.
